8 ounces milk chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup all- purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 13-inch
cake pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Leave a 2-inch
overhang on the two log sides of pan.
Step 2:
In the top of a double boiler, place the milk
chocolate, cocoa powder and butter set over a medium and heavy-bottomed
saucepan filled with water. Cook over the medium heat to melt butter and
chocolate. Use spatula to stir the mixture and occasionally scrape the sides of
the bowl. Cook until all the ingredients melt and properly mixed.

Take another bowl mix flour and salt.

In a stand mixer, combine eggs, sugars and
