Ingredients:

8 ounces milk chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup all- purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Leave a 2-inch overhang on the two log sides of pan.

Step 2:

In the top of a double boiler, place the milk chocolate, cocoa powder and butter set over a medium and heavy-bottomed saucepan filled with water. Cook over the medium heat to melt butter and chocolate. Use spatula to stir the mixture and occasionally scrape the sides of the bowl. Cook until all the ingredients melt and properly mixed.

Step 3:

Take another bowl mix flour and salt.

Step 4:

In a stand mixer, combine eggs, sugars and vanilla extract, whisk slowly. After 2 minutes, increase the speed of mixer and slowly pour in chocolate mixture. Continue whisking until batter is smooth.

Step 5:

Mix dry ingredients in the batter and mix 3/ cup of chocolate chips. Pour the batter into pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Check the brownie, make sure that the skewer comes out with a few crumbs attached. Cool you brownie completely before slicing it.

Tips:

Do not overcook the brownie, it’s better to pull out of the oven early. Might be the brownie look under baked, but it will be settled down when cool.

Step 6:

Run butter knife along the edges of pan and use the overhanging parchment to lift the brownie out from pan. After that slice into squares or rectangular as you want. These brownies can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
