Ingredients that you will need are olive oil, finely chopped onions, brown
rice, chicken stock, cranberries, chopped and toasted pecans, and parsley. To
make this recipe take a saucepan and heat oil. Add onions and cook until soft.
Add rice blend in a saucepan, stir for a minute and add the stock. When it
boils reduce the heat and cook for 35 minutes. Now drain and cool the rice.
