1. This recipe is cost-effective and the best dish for a vegetarian in your party. Ingredients that you will need are olive oil, finely chopped onions, brown rice, chicken stock, cranberries, chopped and toasted pecans, and parsley. To make this recipe take a saucepan and heat oil. Add onions and cook until soft. Add rice blend in a saucepan, stir for a minute and add the stock. When it boils reduce the heat and cook for 35 minutes. Now drain and cool the rice. Serve it after adding pecan, parsley, and cranberries.

2.  If you are throwing a party, must try flavored packed roast lamb dish. Ingredients for this recipe are toasted and crushed coriander seeds, dried chili flakes, ginger, finely chopped garlic clove, maple syrup, lemon juice and mint, and coriander leaves.
Now take a bowl and place the maple syrup, crushed coriander seeds, dried chili, chopped ginger, and garlic and stir to combine all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the rest of the Bechamel sauce and add Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake it in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

4. To make another dish for your buffet dinner, preheat the oven to 200°C and grease the baking dish. Take a pan and place oil and butter in it. Add Pancetta and chopped onion in it and cook for 4-5 minutes and then add garlic, flour, and stir. After a minute add the wine and cook it until reduce to half. Then add milk, cream, grated Gruyere and Taleggio cheese and stir for 1-2 minutes. Then cook pasta and pour it into the baking dish and bake.

5. Pecan pie bars are also easy to make for your buffet dinner. Combine flour, sugar, and butter and put it in a greased pan and bake it at 350°C for 14-15 minutes to make it. In another bowl mix milk, salt, egg and vanilla and spread it over the baked crust. Bake it for more 20-25 minutes and chill. Before serving cut it into bars and enjoy.
