1. Get Essential Materials And Tools:

These materials include single-coloured bedsheets like 12 inch deep fitted sheets, fabric colours, acrylic colours, paintbrushes, colour mixing trays, pencil, carbon paper, A4 size paper, and iron. All these equipment and tools are vital for effective working and to get the desired outcome. 

2. Select Bed Sheet:


In the second step, you will have to select a bed sheet on which you want to apply smart DIY ideas of painting. Please select a single-coloured layer. You can choose fabric colour-matching with curtains or cushions and any other décor material in the room. If you are working with old fabric sheet, then wash it properly to remove strains. Now iron bedsheet properly to get the smooth surface. 

3. Create Stencils:

A fourth stage, you will have to transfer this pattern over bedsheet. For this purpose, place a carbon paper under the A4 size paper and put both these over the fabric. Use a pencil to transfer this design over the material of bedsheet. Use a light pencil so that it does not damage the page and carbon paper. Hard pencil can tear paper so you will have to draw again to transfer sketch on the next part of a sheet.

5. Colouring The Pattern:

A fifth stage, you will require to apply smart DIY ideas of fabric colouring. First of all, outline the pattern and use zero number paintbrush for precise finishing of the outline. You should only use fabric colour for the painting instead of acrylic colours because these do not generate an appropriate outcome. I would suggest you keep double coating only. 6. Create Leaves:
