1. All-Purpose Flour:

You can also use a combination of both types of flour. You will need 1 cup of all-purpose flour to make 10-pancakes. Make sure you are using fresh flour.
2. Baking Powder:
To increase the volume of pancakes and give them a fluffy texture, you should use baking powder. Baking powder will cause your dough to rise. If you do not have baking powder, you can use baking soda or dry-active yeast. I prefer to use both baking powder and baking soda since it works the best. It will lighten your pancake texture. 1 ½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp baking soda are enough for 10-servings.
3. Salt:
The next ingredient to make pancakes is salt. You will need just a pinch of salt to make 10-pancakes. The actual purpose of salt in pancakes is to enhance the flavor of other ingredients and meld them. It provides balance to the sweetness of the cake. But you should never add too much salt since it will only ruin the taste of your pancakes.
4. Milk:
Of course, you will need any liquid to make the dough. For this purpose, milk does the best job. Milk will dissolve the ingredients to give us a liquid structure. It also helps in making tender pancakes. Another benefit of milk is that it will give your pancakes a nice and dairy flavor. Fat products are necessary to make any cake.
