A Complete Recipe to Make Honey Soy Grilled Pork Chops

It hasn’t had to be this way pork chops are specially marinated in sauce to make them extra flavorful and tender. Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Honey, strained
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • One pinch Spices, pepper, or red
  • One pinch Spices, pepper, black
  • Four inches Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
  • Two teaspoons Vegetable oil, canola
  • One pinch Salt
  • One large Vidalia onions

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill at high heat. You can use an outdoor or electric grill. Now, lightly oil the grate.
  • Next, mix honey, soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Pour around two tablespoons of the honey-soy mixture into a separate small bowl and save it for later use. Brush each side of chops with oil, and then sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper on them.
  • It is time to grill the chops now. Grill them on the hottest part of the grill until they become lightly charred and crusty, grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Now, set aside the chops to a lukewarm area of the grill machine, and cook them for two minutes after that brush both sides carefully with the honey-soy glaze, until chops are no longer pink from inside, give about 3 to 4 more minutes.
  • Now that while chops are grilling, brush slices of onion with oil, and sprinkle it with salt and black pepper. Now, place onion slices on grill machine until they become transparent and a little bit browned, grill 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Now, it is time for garnishing and serving. To serve, place the grilled chops and grilled onions on warmed plates, and then brush the chops with the reserved honey-soy glaze.
  • Your honey soy grilled pork chops are ready to serve now.
  • You can also garnish them with green onion and serve them with small chunks of broccoli.

To ensure that you are not overcooking pork chops, use a meat thermometer and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°.
