You can later use juice dispensers (if you already have it) after preparing juice without blender at home to have instant servings for everyone.

Meshing Technique:

If you are having soft fruits such as bananas and soft ripe apples then things are pretty easy. You will need a good spatula for it. Cut your fruits into small pieces and then place them into a sieve. Now with the help of spatula start mashing all the ingredients. Remember, this DIY is good for soft fruits as they can be easily mashed through a hand spatula.

Using a Batan (stone):

You must be familiar with a batan, if not then we are providing you an insight about it. It is a flat stone and a grinding stone. Batan is used in old-time and they are still used in many parts of the world. Don’t worry if you do not have it. You can still go for your manual hand kitchen utensil used for crushing ingredients.
Cut your fresh fruits and vegetables in small pieces and place them on a batan and then with hand stroke, make a paste out of them. Once you get the paste, you can sieve them to get even a fine texture of juice. You can add water later. You can even go for a smoothie with this technique.

Taking Work Out of Your Grinder:

Even if you have a simple small grinder in your kitchen you can still make celery juice or juice of any green vegetables. First cut all the vegetables in small pieces and grind them with little water. Strain the excess pulp with the help of nylon mesh cloth and pour the juice in a glass.

Steaming the Fruits and Vegetables:

You can use a normal steamer or a Chinese bamboo steamer to soften the vegetables and fruits to get the juice out of them. Most fruit juices have some amount of vegetables in them which is healthy. If you do not have any blending, grinding equipment in your kitchen and you still want fresh juice then steaming for about 10 minutes will be a good idea. After steaming fruits can be hand squeezed easily, into a sieve or even through nylon mesh cloth.

Using a Manual Hand Blender:

If you do not have a blender, you can still make fruit juice from a manual hand blender. There are a variety of less expensive and good quality hand blenders available in the market. Making orange juice without a blender is very easy as you can use an orange juicer. Many are automatic and manual as well. Ingredients like ginger or lemon can be added with just through squeezing without a blender which is not a bigger deal.
